Care should be taken to handle this product properly. It is made of durable plastic and will last a long time if used correctly. Do not use this item for anything other than its intended use.

When the weather is really cold (32 or below) DO NOT PUT WATER INTO THE FLAGSTICKY! It will freeze, swell and crack. Use sand instead. Do not leave outside in extremely cold weather.

We have a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase on all of our products that are found to be defective in materials and workmanship.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any such product within 90 days of purchase. If the product cannot be repaired or is no longer produced, the defective product will be replaced with a comparable product. Any product sent for repairs or replacement beyond the 90 day warranty period will be subject to a fee.
